Dear Dr,

I would like to inform you that as my husband has to go for an urgent and unplanned official one week tour on Friday we could not make it to see you.

I am having nausea and extreme tiredness/sickness so driving all the way alone was not feasible. Kindly excuse us.

Anyhow we have taken ultrasound on 12th Feb ( 6weeks, 4days) which has confirmed single pregnancy. We even hear the heartbeat (141bpm). All thanks to You and Almighty God.

In any case would seek your appointment for time a day prior.
